Situated along the golden sands of the

to ongoing development work on the Dubai Marina located near the hotel, we regret
that the Deluxe and Club Land View rooms and some Tower rooms may experience slight
noise disturbances during the day. The development work can also be seen from
these rooms. The Sea View rooms as well as some of the Tower rooms remain unaffected.
