ACCOMMODATION: The air-conditioned rooms are decorated in soft beige colour. HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES: One of the most important Savoy's innovations is its brand-new health center "Savoy Marine Club". MEETINGS & FUNCTIONS: Apart from the special banquet room, the Hotel "Savoy" offers two elegant meeting rooms with the historical names of "Salamander" and "Alpenrose" of 17 and 30 sq. meters respectively. Stylish interior with comfortable furniture is suitable for both large-scale negotiations, seminars, business meetings or for small banquets, dinners for a group of close friends or business partners. Both rooms are equipped with basic set of presentation outfit, satellite telephone line and four power points with the voltage of 220V. "Alpenrose" and "Salamander" are adjacent rooms with a connecting door and separate entrances. They may be used as a single space of 47 sq. meters. "Salamandra" meeting room is ideal for negotiations, interviews for up to 8 people. "Alpenrose" may become your office for a couple of hours or the whole day for meetings, contracts signing, presentations for 12-18 people, whilst in the next-door "Salamander" you may relax with a cup of flavored tea or coffee with homemade Savoy pastries.
Let us introduce our new Winter Garden conference hall under light glass dome. Spacious atrium (214 sq.m.) in Modern style is a perfect place for conferences, seminars, training courses and any other events. The hall can seat up to 150 persons and it is fitted out with up-to-date audio-visual equipment. DININGS & BARS: The Hermitage bar has its own splendid decor. The Faberge style clock- a replica of Derby- dominates the bar interior. The Hermitage Bar serves a variety of lighter fare and snacks as well as traditional Russian specialities from snacks to haute cuisine prepared by chef of Savoy. At the Bar Hermitage one can enjoy a drink to refresh and revive with informal meals. This delightful bar is the ideal meeting place of Savoy. The Bar Hermitage can host up to 40 guests both in the main room and at the balcony.
For over 80 years Restaurant Savoy has been famous as one of the pearls of Moscow. In the middle of the X1X century, a German Restaurant called "Alpen Rose" was opened in the house ¹ 4 on Pushechnaya street, in the building owned by Princess Olga Turkestanova. Later the Russian writer Vladimir Gilyarovsky , who was famous for his brilliant knowledge of Moscow history, described "The Alpen Rose" as one the most popular places in the city. The Bolshoy Opera and Ballet artists and Maly Drama Theatre actors were welcomed there, in the so-called "private club of artists". It was here the idea occurred to the artists to create Moscow elite art center. The well recognized public figures, pressmen, medical doctors were frequently observed in the "Alpen Rose" Restaurant. |
