The hotel also benefits from a canal entrance in Rio di San Moise, a small canal off Venice's Grand Canal, frequented by gondoliers throughout the summer.

ACCOMMODATON: The Hotel Bauer proposes 97 spacious and luxurious guest rooms and 18 suites, appointed in a classic XX century' style with lots of Venetian accents. The main entrance is located on Campo San Moise, close to the small lateral canal surrounded by gondoliers during the day and the evening in summer time.

All the rooms and suites are equipped with king or twin size bed, Italians marble bathroom, hairdryer, minibar, individual controlled air-conditioned, international direct-dial telephone, satellite TV, PC outlet and walk-in closet.

RESTAURANT: De Pisis- Our Gourmet restaurant De Pisis with its terrace overlooking the Grand Canal, is much more than a hotel restaurant: it is a destination for people of discerning taste and palate. The inside room, in venetian style, can bring the guest into a charming and intimate atmosphere of the past times, surrounded by a pleasant air of kindness and competence.

B-Bar. The B-Bar welcomes you every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays for "l'Ora dell'aperitivo" (the Aperitif hour) from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm during summer time on the splendid Bar Gran Canal terrace overlooking the Canal and the Chiesa della Salute. Creative cocktails, quality wines and the ever present spritz, a traditional Venetian aperitif, accompany a buffet rich in delicacies prepared by Chef Giovanni Ciresa. Our barmen prepare original cocktails and drinks. For a snack the B-Bar offers a tasteful selection hot and cold sandwiches, live music in the evening.

Bar Gran Canal. The ideal setting for a pre lunch aperitif or an after dinner drink. Guests are also offered an inviting choice of creative light cuisine: from cold and hot sandwiches, also vegetarian, to our home made croutons and again delicious salads, and more else... The elegant interiors, blended with a friendly, yet attentive service, make our guests feel at home. Open during summer with live music in the evening.

MEETINGS: The Hotel welcomes meetings and incentives for up to 120 people. Six rooms of different sizes, most with daylight, equipped with state-of-the-art technology. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and on site technical back up and translation services are available on request. Business centre and secretarial services are also available.

Our catering department can host banquets and reception for up to 200 persons. A large, private terrace with breathtaking panoramic view of the lagoon is in use during summer season for special VIP events.
