- Banana Garden Restaurant: For exquisite dining, the banana garden promises a magnificent setting. Traditional Maldivian architecture lends the interiors grace and opulence. The rich international buffet is colourfully presented in a dhoni - (a local Maldivian boat). Our inspired chefs turn out the tastiest of breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets. One of the main excitements during the buffets is the show cooking, where certain dishes are cooked right in front of you! Various theme buffets add to the flavour, such as the Maldivian nights where you experience local dishes served by friendly waiters in traditional costumes. This special weekly night, usually setup in the beach under the stars is spiced up by soft live music. A wonderful night to dress up for!

- Fishing is one of the most exciting activities: Maldivians enjoy a variety of different types of fishing. The most popular among these is night fishing. The dhoni (a traditional boat) leaves the island and anchors at a reef before the sunsets and darkness sets in. The lines are tethered with hooks and sinkers and dropped overboard from both sides of the dhoni. If the fishing is good it gives a lot of excitement to everyone. If not it gives you an excellent opportunity to relax under the night sky as the boat gently rocks with the waves. On your request the fish you catch can be prepared for your dinner. The types of fish caught may include barracuda, red snapper, grouper and trevally. The Maldivian government has strict regulations to conserve the country's marine resources, and visitors should observe these carefully.
